Chef de Cuisine at Coop De Ville & Pork & Beans. The Ohio-native made his way to Pittsburgh in 2008, where he began studies at The Art Institute. Ciminillo joined the team at Meat & Potatoes in June 2011, starting as a line cook. Through his hard work and growing talent, James earned the position of Chef de Cuisine and Part owner of Coop De Ville. Growing up eating hearty fare, Ciminillo enjoys experimenting with new techniques and reinventing classic comfort food.
